I bring a kind, caring and FUN LOVING vibe to each wedding I shoot. Life has given me experience in dealing with people from all walks of life and because of this I find not only do I vibe with my couples, but their parents and families as well. My collections are based on your needs and can include 6-10 hours of wedding day coverage, an engagement session, 2 photographers, timelime planning, online gallery, personalized slideshow, keepsake print box with Fine Art prints, USB and sneak peek gallery within a week of your wedding day. I also offer special touches such as REHEARSAL dinner coverage, bridal portrait sessions and beautiful album options.

**All of michelle lee couples receive a engagement session when they book a wedding collection.
Engagement sessions are the first step in the wedding process here at Michelle Lee Photography. I love them! It gives us a chance to get to know one another. You can see how I work, how I direct, and you get a little more comfortable being in front of the camera. We can go on an adventure together, whether it's hiking or hanging out at a local coffee shop it's our time together and no pressure of a wedding day timeline, but it will absolutely help your wedding day run smoother. I get a better idea of who you are; your aesthetics, your personality, your love together. Even if you feel like you will never use these session images, I encourage every couple to take advantage of this time for the mentioned reasons.

I'm and , so I've been told. I think that comes from living a full life full of adventures and sometimes flying by the seat of my pants. I'm an outside the box thinker when it comes to portraits. I prefer to meet and talk with my clients as many times as it takes, to understand what it is that they are looking for in their images. I help plan the wardrobe and I scout the best locations. This really helps to come up with a plan as to whether you would prefer a formal portraiture session, with that rembrandt painterly feel, or if you like it messy and real with a lifestyle session. I don't like to pigeon hole myself into one style of work when it comes to my photography and looking at my galleries; I think you will get that sense as well. I love lighting; whether it's natural, during golden hour, or I bring my lights out on location, or a studio session with backdrops. I am proud that my experience allows me to give my clients what they are looking for and many time help define what they are looking for, when they aren't sure.
I am not the type of photographer that will just shoot a bunch of images and then throw them on a disk and hand them over. I touch every image from your session and touch and retouch them in both Lightroom and Photoshop. Many times I will composite images to add a special touch and give it a fairy tale feel. I am a maximalist and believe in "more is more" when it comes to styling and props.

You have your choice of HAVING your session done at your home, outdoor on location, or invite a few friends, book a hotel room and have a BOUDOIR party where MLP will come to your suite along with hair and makeup** and have marathon sessions, where everyone gets their own private shoot. MLP offers a small client wardrobe or would be happy to order something specifically for you if you would like ASSISTANCE. Have a theme in mind? Perfect! I want to help you make it a reality.
